Monty’s Story

Hello, I’m Monty. Sometimes Montgomery, but only on important days. I come from the jungle, where vines twist overhead, leaves whisper in the breeze, and every branch feels like an invitation to explore. When I arrived at the adoption centre, I brought my love of building with me, along with my favourite hummingbird jacket.

I love making huts and hideaways out of whatever nature offers. Sticks, leaves, soft moss, and fallen branches all have potential if you look at them the right way. I like building places where I can sit quietly, feel safe, and watch the world move around me. Birds are my favourite companions to observe. I could spend hours noticing how they perch, flutter, and communicate. The hummingbird amazes me most of all. So small, so fast, and yet so full of life and determination.

I’m hoping to find a friend who enjoys exploring, building, and connecting with the natural world. Someone who likes climbing, observing, and sharing peaceful moments outdoors.
