Rory’s Story

Hello, I’m Rory… but some of my friends call me Winks. That’s because I sometimes get so lost in my dinosaur daydreams that it looks like I’m taking forty winks. Really, I’m just off exploring the prehistoric world in my imagination.

When I arrived at the adoption centre, I brought a few of my favourite dinosaur friends with me. There’s a flying pterodactyl, a spiky little dinosaur, and a bright green one who I think might be a very friendly velociraptor. I like to line them up and imagine the stories they might tell about the ancient world.

Sometimes I pretend I’m a dinosaur explorer searching for fossils and hidden bones. Other times I imagine walking beside a giant brachiosaurus or watching a pterodactyl glide across the sky. The past feels full of incredible adventures waiting to be discovered.

I’m hoping to find a friend who loves dinosaurs as much as I do. Someone who enjoys learning new things, exploring big ideas, and imagining the amazing creatures that once lived on our planet.
